GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR BODHimat
We recommend that you accustom your body gradually.
General:
Place the mat on a soft surface. Carefully lie down on the Mat. For the first 3-5 minutes you will most likely experience a certain pain or bit uncomfortable. If you feel that the pain is too much, place a thin cloth between your body and the mat (sheet, or T-shirt). You will gradually become more and more acclimated. Then you will be able to use the BODHimat without a protective layer. The one thing that is common for most users is that after usage they feel the presence of tranquility.

Days 1-4 - we recommend about 10 minutes. Certain individuals become tired after use and some people fall asleep the first time. Other people feel like they get an energy boost immediately after use. This adjusts once you start using the mat more frequently.
Days 5-14 - we recommend about 20 minutes. Use the mat during bedtime. If you fall asleep, that is ok, there are no side effects. The most important thing is to relax. Remove the mat when you wake up and then go back to sleep. Hopefully you will eventually feel that you awake more refreshed and with more energy for the day ahead.
After 14 days - you will have learned a lot about the Mat and the effects it has on you. Try 20-40 minutes. The majority prefers to use it on a daily basis for maximum effect. People with autoimmune disorders appear to get the best results with daily use.
