How to use the BODHimat
As follows are guidelines on how to help you use your Mat for in the case of specific pains:
Lower and upper back pains -

Place the Mat on your bed, positioning your body so that the aching lower (or upper) back is on the Mat. A moderate pricking pain can be felt from the circles on the spines. After the first 3-5 min your muscles will begin to warm up and a feeling of relaxation will take over.
Chronic pain in the cervical spine -

It is important that the Mat covers the whole collar zone and the back of the neck. The circles should be pressed against the back of the neck. Chronic pain cannot be expected to desappear immediately, but it will diminish significantly after 10-15 sessions.
Headaches -
The Mat should be pressed against the back of the neck and gradually moved upwards until you reach the crown of the head. Do not apply pressure during more the 40 seconds at a time.
Reflexology (treatment for the soles of the feet) -

Sit on a chair and press the feets on the Mat which has been placed on the floor. Once you are used to the pressure you may stand on the Mat for a short period of time.
Insomnia -

The Mat should be used regularly before going to bed. The mat should be applied to the spinal area.
Fat burning and cellulite reduction -

The Mat should be placed on a soft flat surface. You should then lie on the Mat positioning your fat and/or cellulite problem zones (such as hips, thighs, buttocks and back) on the Mat. Allow your body weight to provid the pressure needed during 40-90 min.
The Mat performs a deep tissue massage which breaks down fat deposits under the skin and improves blood flow and cellular function.
Consult your physician if you have a serieous muscle problem, if you are pregnant and any other case before using the mat.
Please keep your mat out of the reach of small children.
